A fitness training studio in Shirlington is seeking a Group Fitness Personal Trainer to coach and motivate members during workouts. Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate studio members through predetermined workouts
• Conduct goal‑oriented consultations with trial members
• Correct exercise form to prevent injuries
• Promote and sell F45 services, assist membership growth and retention
• Demonstrate perfect form for every exercise
• Provide regressions and progressions for all exercises
• Set up, break down, clean, and store equipment before and after classes

Qualifications

• Availability to work weekends
• Strong communication, customer service, and public speaking skills
• Understanding of functional movement, HIIT, and heart‑rate‑focused training
• Knowledge of social media (Instagram, Facebook) for promotion
• Energetic, attentive, and caregiver

Certifications

• Nationally accredited fitness certification (NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA, etc.)
