Crunch Fitness - Fit Fusion LLC is seeking a Group Fitness Manager to oversee group fitness programs across multiple locations in Michigan. You will train and develop instructors, maintain brand standards, and work with gym leaders to promote the program and enhance member experience.

You will lead staffing, scheduling, and program rollout, ensuring offerings align with demographics and usage while driving Peak Results sales. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of group fitness management experience.
• Current national group fitness certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Fitness industry specialization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for all group fitness programming at gym level.
• Recruit, staff, and develop the instructor team.
• Directly supervise all instructors.
• Communicates gym level changes to instructors and club management.
• Implements and supervises the class schedule for all studios.
• Oversees programming to ensure the location has the correct class offerings based on demographics and gym usage.
• Conducts instructor trainings for staff on new formats and programming.
• Performs evaluations on instructor team to ensure quality instructors in alignment with Crunch brand standards.
• Supervises rollout of new programming/classes.
• Designs and implements special GF, Hot Studio, Boxing and HIITZone events to increase member participation and promote Crunch Brand while driving Peak Results sales.
• Cross promotes personal training and group training to drive gym revenue and retention.
• Ensures proper reporting of class participation numbers on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for the region.
• Submits weekly group fitness reports to gym level management team.
• Oversees the use of social media for group fitness promotion at gym level.
• Attends weekly scheduled meetings with gym level management team.

GF Manager | Fit Fusion

Overview

The Group Fitness Manager is responsible for management and oversight of the group fitness program at multiple locations. With a large emphasis on upholding brand standards, the group fitness coordinator trains and develops the instructor team to ensure an exceptional member experience. Spearheading group fitness at gym level, the group fitness regional manager works in conjunction with the personal training manager and general manager to promote the group fitness program and enhance the member experience.

Reporting Structure

• Reports directly to the Vice President of Group Fitness
• Works in conjunction with the Fit Fusion management team and the Crunch Franchise management team.
