Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a Group Fitness Coordinator to lead the club's GF and SGT programs, oversee class and instructor schedules, recruit and develop the team, and promote a warm, welcoming environment while maintaining high service standards and clean facilities.

The GFC will drive programming, monitor participation, coordinate payroll submissions, support marketing efforts, and ensure safety and cleanliness of fitness spaces, aligning with Crunch brand policies.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing fitness staff
• Ability to recruit and develop instructors
• Strong scheduling and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Respond to member issues and resolve complaints per club procedure
• Serve as main contact for GF and SGT programming
• Recruit, staff and develop GF and SGT instructors
• Communicate GF/SGT programming to instructors
• Distribute and maintain GF/SGT schedules and ensure coverage
• Teach on GF and SGT schedules
• Submit payroll information per payroll schedule
• Facilitate new programming and promotions
• Cross-promote personal and group training
• Oversee group fitness marketing and promotions
• Assist in social media marketing efforts
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of GF/Ride/HIIT areas
• Lead staff with community involvement and local business engagement
• Manage equipment inventory and class needs
