Job summary

TruFit Athletic Clubs is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead energizing and safe group classes at our Conway location. You will connect with participants, deliver motivational experiences, and prepare music, choreography, and class structure in advance.

Ideal candidates have a nationally accredited group fitness certification, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of teaching experience, plus a GED or HS diploma. We offer full- and part-time roles with growth potential and employee perks.

Qualifications

• A valid nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification (e.g., NASM, ISSA, ACE).
• CPR certified.
• 1+ years of experience teaching group fitness classes.
