Job summary

Baseline Fitness is seeking a dedicated Trainer to run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program and design simple workouts to help members reach their fitness goals while teaching proper equipment use.

You will engage with members at the front desk, assist with new member sign-ups and tours, and promote class sign-ups while keeping the club clean and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program and create/ follow the schedule.
• Consult with members on fitness goals and instruct proper use of equipment.
• Promote PE@PF class sign-ups with creative approaches.
• Create bi-weekly exercise updates.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and traffic.
• Assist front desk tasks: answer phones, check-in members, sign-ups, tours.
• Respond to member questions and escalate as needed.
• Maintain club cleanliness and appearance.
