Taymax Group, a multi-club Planet Fitness franchisee, seeks a trainer in Fontana, CA to run the PE@PF fitness program and assist new members in achieving their goals. You will design simple workouts and teach proper equipment use, while delivering excellent member service.

Responsibilities include guiding members, leading the PE@PF sessions, handling front desk duties, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment. CPR and trainer certification preferred.

• Ability to motivate and support members to reach fitness goals.
• Positive attitude and reliable attendance.

Responsabilités

• Familiarize members with the facility and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Plan and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program and schedule.
• Instruct members on proper and safe use of all equipment.
• Assist with front desk tasks: sign-ups, tours, check-ins, and inquiries.
• Maintain club cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
• Respond to member questions and escalate to management when needed.
