Job summary

Hoover Club 24 LLC is seeking a part-time Group Exercise Instructor to plan, instruct, and lead members in group fitness classes at our Hoover, AL location. Classes may begin as early as 5:30 a.m. or extend after 5:00 p.m. to accommodate schedules and certification requirements.

In this role you will ensure equipment is safe and properly maintained, demonstrate techniques, answer member questions, and promote repeat attendance while delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• One year of experience leading group exercise programming.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certifications related to fitness class being taught (e.g., Les Mills).
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and choreograph group exercise classes for members.
• Maintain order and safety during classes and ensure equipment is in good condition.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote class attendance.
• Attend group fitness meetings as assigned by management.
