What You'll Need

What You'll Do

• Must be able to appropriately operate the stereo and microphone system.


• Must be able to communicate with GF coordinator via email correspondence on a regular basis. Other methods of communication may be in person, via text, via scheduling platform - GroupExPro or other system.


• Must effectively lead and grow participation in prospective classes, according to the group fitness supervisor or other management.


• Must effectively manage movement techniques and safety during prospective classes.


• Must comply with certification requirements in teaching class and designing class


• Creates an overall "positive" experience in regard to programming and effectiveness of class.


• Completes and submits monthly volume and class instruction reports per the direction of the group fitness supervisor or other management


• Provides equipment recommendations based on class needs and programming.


• Must be able to actively recruit new members for group fitness classes and membership.


• Participates regularly in group fitness meetings and feedback sessions.


• Must be able to work in GroupExPro for class management OR other system if updated/changed


• Must keep certifications up to date and participate in annual continuing education per direction of certifying body and/or group fitness supervisor
