Job summary

EōS Fitness is opening a new group fitness program in Phoenix. We seek an energetic instructor to engage members with a fun, results-driven class and to uphold studio standards.

You will encourage participation, promote group classes, and serve as a positive fitness role model. Qualified candidates hold a Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification and a CPR/AED certification, with strong customer-service skills and the ability to adapt to various class formats.

Qualifications

• Must have a Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification.

• Energetic, organized and able to motivate participants.
• Ability to adapt to different class formats and music.

Responsibilities

• Engage and wow members with a fun, results-focused group workout.
• Maintain group fitness studio cleanliness and safety.
• Support building/equipment maintenance and safety protocols.
• Pursue continuing education to stay current in group fitness trends.

The successful candidate must be capable of answering questions and concerns of participants, solicit feedback about the class, be dependable and consistent in class schedule starting and ending times, maintain a positive and professional attitude towards members, while promoting the gym and Group Fitness classes. Essential Purpose: Engage and "wow" our members in every class by creating a sense of community with a fun results focused group workout where everyone feels successful.

Required Certifications:

• MUST have a Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification
• MUST have a valid CPR/AED Certification

Hourly Pay Range

$15.50 - $35 USD
