EōS Fitness in Murphy, TX seeks a dynamic Group Fitness Instructor to lead classes, uphold studio standards, and promote a positive member experience.

You will foster community, ensure safety of equipment, and participate in ongoing education to enhance performance and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Must hold a nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Excellent customer service and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of Group Fitness Studio.
• Provide outstanding customer service to members.
• Ensure safety of all equipment and space.
• Engage in continuing education to stay current.

The successful candidate must be capable of answering questions and concerns of participants, solicit feedback about the class, be dependable and consistent in class schedule starting and ending times, maintain a positive and professional attitude towards members, while promoting the gym and Group Fitness classes. Essential Purpose: Engage and "wow" our members in every class by creating a sense of community with a fun results focused group workout where everyone feels successful.

Core Purpose: To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.

Other Responsibilities:

Requirements for Success:

• Great fitness role model and motivator.
• Good musicality (stays on the beat, this isn't applicable to all classes most though).
• Clear communicator (cues well).
• Dependable.

Required Certifications:

• MUST have a Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification
• MUST have a valid CPR/AED Certification

Hourly Pay Range: $15 – $35 USD
