EôS Fitness is opening a new gym and seeks a Group Fitness Instructor to lead high-energy classes that engage members and foster a welcoming community. You will deliver dynamic, results-focused workouts and ensure everyone feels successful.

As part of a vibrant team, you’ll maintain class schedules, uphold safety standards, and participate in ongoing certifications. This role includes benefits and opportunities for growth within the expanding brand.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited group fitness certification required.
• Valid CPR/AED certification required.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to motivate others and foster community.

Responsibilities

• Lead energetic group fitness classes with precision and safety.
• Respond to participant questions and concerns; solicit and incorporate feedback.
• Maintain consistent class start and end times; uphold schedule reliability.
• Keep the studio clean and equipment in safe working order.
• Deliver clear cues; maintain a professional, upbeat attitude.
• Participate in continuing education; obtain and maintain required certifications.
• Manage class size and safety; report incidents or injuries promptly.

Hourly Pay Range: $15.50 – $35.00 USD.
