Job summary

FLOWERMOUND CLUB 24 LLC seeks a part-time Group Exercise Instructor to plan, instruct, and lead group classes at CLUB4 Fitness locations. Early mornings or evenings may be required based on class schedules and instructor certifications.

You will ensure safe use of equipment and promote repeat attendance among members. Responsibilities include preparing choreographies, maintaining class decorum, and delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring studios remain clean and organized and

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of leading group exercise programming.
• Certification relevant to the class being taught (e.g., Les Mills).
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare choreography and lead group exercise classes for different levels.
• Maintain order and safety during all group activities.
• Manage and secure fitness and audio equipment per standards.
• Protect the gym’s interests by preventing injuries and liabilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote ongoing class attendance.
• Keep studios clean and equipment well maintained; attend meetings as required.
