Qualifications

• Current personal trainer or fitness instructor certification.
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred.
• First aid and CPR-certified.
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• CrossFit Level 1 or higher (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Sell Gym Memberships.
• Lead a wide variety of classes to fitness studio members and guests.
• Develop classes that are physically challenging, while keeping students engaged and safe.
• Encourage students to continue with their pursuit of exercising and help them make good health decisions.
• Promote programs, classes, and membership through social media and networking.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with business policies.
