Job summary

O2 Fitness is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor in Durham to lead and direct participants of all levels, delivering a world-class experience in every class. You will coach form, cue movements, and motivate members to achieve their personal best within a welcoming, motivating environment.

Responsibilities include filling in when needed, maintaining a high standard of member service, and collaborating with the Group Fitness team to deliver workouts and progressions.

Qualifications

• Group Fitness certification and CPR/AED are required.
• Experience delivering classes to diverse fitness levels preferred.
• Strong coaching and motivational skills essential.
• Ability to cover classes and work with the Group Fitness team.

Responsibilities

• Coach classes and be available to fill in as needed.
• Deliver consistent, exceptional member experience across all levels of fitness.
• Provide a welcoming, clean, caring, and professional experience for all members.
• Support the Group Fitness Manager in delivering workouts and progressions.
• Adhere to policies including punctuality and attire.
