Job summary

Onelife Fitness in Dacula, GA is seeking an energetic Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging classes, inspire members, and help them achieve their goals. You will work with the Group Fitness Director and team to deliver the Ultimate Fitness Experience.

You will promote programs, track attendance, keep studios clean, and stay current with certifications. This role requires flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and weekends to support the schedule.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized Group Fitness certification.
• Specialty certification if your format requires it.
• CPR/AED certification (current).
• Prior group teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, effective, and fun group classes that meet member expectations.
• Create a positive class vibe and coach members toward their goals.
• Greet members before class, high-five after, and build relationships.
• Promote club programs (PT, Mind&Body, Aquatics, Kids) and events.
• Track attendance and schedule in MotionVibe, follow payroll procedures.
• Keep studios spotless, reset equipment and report issues.
• Stay current with certifications and attend trainings/meetings.
• Support the schedule and cover as needed per sub policies.
• Be flexible with early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
