Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Mission Hills, CA is seeking a Group X Coach to deliver engaging, pre-choreographed or freestyle group exercise sessions to members and guests. You will create an inviting, motivating environment and ensure high-quality, safe classes in-person or via virtual platforms.

You'll lead multiple classes weekly, support member attendance, and promote a friendly, well-maintained club experience while connecting with diverse participants of all fitness levels.

Qualifications

• Current approved group exercise certification.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous group exercise instruction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach group sessions in person or via virtual technology.
• Present sessions to welcome, encourage and challenge members.
• Ensure safety and proper technique for all fitness levels.
• Increase attendance through engaging teaching and motivation.
• Maintain an average of at least 2 classes per week.
