Job summary

Stroum Jewish Community Center of Greater Seattle invites passionate Group Exercise Instructors to lead inclusive fitness classes for all ages and abilities. You will design and deliver dynamic sessions, ensure safe technique, and adapt to participant needs while fostering a welcoming community.

Applicants should have prior group exercise teaching experience, current AQ certification, CPR/AED, and a commitment to excellent customer service within SJCC’s wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching group exercise classes.
• Knowledge of exercise principles and safe movement.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and empower participants.

Responsibilities

• Teach safe, engaging group exercise classes with cardio, strength, balance, flexibility.
• Lead classes on time with warm-up, progression, cool-down.
• Provide proper technique demonstrations and modifications.
