Job summary

Hermitage Fitness, LLC is seeking a trainer to lead the Planet Fitness PE@PF group program and help members reach their fitness goals. You will design simple workouts and coach proper use of equipment to foster a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include guiding new members, creating bi-weekly updates with varied exercises, and supporting front desk duties while maintaining a clean, safe club. CPR is required and a personal training certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Exceptional customer service skills; interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding expectations.
• Current CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize members with the facility and assist with goal setting.
• Instruct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program; create schedules.
• Consult with members on fitness goals and provide motivation.
• Instruct members on proper and safe use of equipment.
• Assist in front desk activities and tours as needed.
• Participate in daily cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
