Job summary

A leading fitness company in Worcester is looking for Group Fitness Instructors to join their vibrant team. In this role, you will instruct safe and effective exercise classes while maintaining all educational certifications. Candidates should have experience teaching diverse client groups and possess strong customer service skills. Valid CPR Certification is mandatory, and nationally accredited certifications are preferred. This is an opportunity to inspire change lives through fitness in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Maintain valid CPR Certification.
• Nationally Accredited Certifications such as AFAA, ACE or NASM preferred.
• Valid Yoga or Pilates Certification also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.
• Maintain all mandatory education certifications.
• Follow all instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand.

Skills

Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels

Strong customer service skills

Good verbal communication

Education

Valid CPR Certification

Nationally Accredited Certifications (AFAA, ACE, NASM preferred)

Valid Yoga or Pilates Certification

Valid Zumba certification and ZIN Membership (for Zumba Instructors)

Valid Schwinn or MadDogg certification (for Ride Instructors)
