Job summary

CLUB4 Fitness in Fort Oglethorpe seeks a part-time Group Exercise Instructor to plan, teach, and lead members in group classes. You will maintain equipment, ensure safety, and promote attendance while delivering friendly, professional service in a fast-paced fitness environment.

The role may require early mornings or evenings depending on class schedules and instructor certifications. Previous class leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills in fitness settings.

• Certifications in specific Group Exercise Programming.
• One year experience leading group exercise classes.
• HS diploma or equivalent; relevant fitness certifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare choreography and teach group exercise classes across levels.
• Maintain order and control during activities.
• Obtain and secure fitness and audio equipment for long life.
• Protect club interests by preventing injuries and liabilities.
• Ensure printed class tickets/document attendance and membership type.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote activities.
• Create an engaging, welcoming environment for members and staff.
• Keep studios clean and equipment maintained.
• Attend group fitness meetings as assigned.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
