The position requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and nationally recognized certifications (ACE, NASM, ISSA, NETA, AFAA) or equivalent format certifications. Certifications must be completed within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Required certifications: ACE, NASM, ISSA, NETA, or AFAA and/or format certifications (e.g., SilverSneakers, Zumba, LesMills).
• Complete certifications within 60 days of hire.
• Complete trainings within two weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Implement aerobics, mind-body, or basic fitness classes.
• Teach classes; develop routines and choreography.
• Promote programs to members.
• Record participant counts and collect evaluations.
• Maintain minimum class attendance.
• Provide excellent customer service and foster member connections.
• Participate in in-service trainings.
