Overview

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor who is passionate about guiding club members on their fitness journeys and delivering a great class experience.

Undefeated Tribe is an official Crunch Fitness franchise based in Austin, TX. The franchise group is growing across Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Missouri, and has a history of recognition in the franchise community. Position Details

• Role: Group Fitness Instructor
• Location: 2800 E Broadway St Pearland, TX 77581
• Reports to: Group Fitness Coordinator
• Job Family: Group Fitness
• Employment type: Part Time or Full Time, Hourly

Responsibilities

• Deliver motivational instruction during required group fitness classes
• Help members achieve their fitness goals on their journey
• Respond with care to member issues concerning group fitness classes
• Assist with accurately tracking class attendance numbers
• Participate in weekly emails and monthly Zoom meetings
• Attend quarterly onsite staff trainings and new quarter class rollout
• Engage with the instructor portal and social media for updates and brand promotions

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels (e.g., bootcamp, Kickboxing, Zumba, TRX, Sculpt, Yoga, Pilates, Cycle, POUND, HIIT)
• Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification required (AFAA, ACE, or NASM preferred)
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Ability to provide a high-energy class environment
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift or move up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Physical effort required for daily duties includes prolonged standing and walking

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required

Compensation (Hourly)

• $20/hour starting
• $25/hour specialty zone
