Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs is expanding its Group Fitness Staffs at all locations. We are seeking instructors for all areas of classes including Step, Hi/Lo, indoor cycling, yoga and Pilates. This role emphasizes motivating individuals, working with groups of all ages, and guiding both choreographed and freestyle sessions.

Ideal candidates are high-energy, goal-oriented, and enjoy helping others stay active and engaged in fitness programs across multiple studio formats.

Qualifications

• Instructors for all areas of classes including Step, Hi/Lo, indoor cycling, yoga and Pilates.
• Able to work with groups of people of all ages and levels.
• Motivating, energetic and capable of leading both choreographed or freestyle classes.
• Enjoys working towards goals.

Responsibilities

• Instruct group fitness classes at Genesis Health Clubs across locations.
• Engage and motivate participants to meet class goals and maintain high energy.
