LifeBridge Health's wellness center in Baltimore is seeking a friendly, team-focused group exercise instructor. You will lead safe, engaging classes for participants of varying fitness levels in a corporate setting, planning the structure and activities for every session.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma, CPR/AED certification, and at least one year of group exercise instruction experience. Fitness certifications are preferred, and benefits include healthcare, retirement plans, tuition

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• CPR/AED certification required; fitness certification preferred.
• At least 1 year of group exercise instruction experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan overall class structure and activities.
• Provide each participant with a high-quality, health-focused class.
• Commit to making each workout the best.
• Clearly communicate class structure or activities.
• Run exercise programs safely and monitor participants' strengths.
• Identify warning signs and modify programs as needed.
