Job summary

Touchstone Climbing’s Dogpatch Boulders seeks a versatile fitness instructor to design and lead inclusive group classes for all levels. You will craft safe programs, teach engaging sessions, and motivate participants toward their goals. Strong attention to form, safety, and cleanliness is required.

Qualifications

• Education or background in kinesiology or body mechanics.
• “Experience as a group class instructor” in a fitness setting.
• “Flexible in teaching styles and modalities.”
• Strong understanding of form, technique, and safety considerations.
• Availability to teach at scheduled class times.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement safe and effective exercise programs for class participants of all fitness levels.
• Lead group fitness instruction.
• Provide guidance and support to help participants achieve fitness goals.
• Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working condition; report concerns to management.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends to improve service quality.
