Foresight Fitness is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to develop and deliver a variety of weekly classes, tailored to diverse participants. You will design engaging workouts, assess progress, and adapt sessions to improve outcomes while maintaining a fun, high-quality, reliable experience.
This on-site role requires CPR/AED certification, a fitness-modality certification, a HS diploma or GED, and strong communication and customer-service skills.

The Instructor/Trainer plays a crucial role in developing and delivering fitness programs that improve the quality of life of the people we serve. This position is responsible for creating engaging fitness routines/workouts that cater to diverse populations. The Instructor/Trainer will assess the effectiveness of fitness sessions and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. By fostering a positive environment, the Instructor/Trainer will empower individuals to achieve their personal and health goals.
