• A current CPR/AED certification.
• Experience or training in working with active older adults.
• A friendly, outgoing personality that can light up a room.
• Specialty certifications (e.g., Barre, Step, Hip Hop, or Kick Boxing) are a bonus.

Compensation and Employment Options
