Head Instructor

Job Overview

• Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
• Making sure members are using the correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understanding the science behind our workouts, heart‑rate‑focused training programs, and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment used in every workout
• 5‑10 administrative hours per week
• Being a team player

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and schedule Instructors alongside the Studio Manager
• Manage, develop, evaluate, and execute the performance of all KickHouse Fitness Instructors and train staff for continued success and future growth
• Regularly attend training and bring learnings back to the coaching staff for implementation
• Attend KickHouse classes a minimum of once a week
• Work directly with the Studio Manager to increase studio utilization and workout traffic
• Promote the studio and the KickHouse brand through social media efforts by directing staff to participate in marketing campaigns
• Maintain a regular cadence of meetings and training with the studio team to ensure continued development, establish goal setting, and monitor completion of goals
• Execute and coordinate marketing efforts through demos and pop‑ups (pre‑sale events, studio events, outreach)
• Responsible for meeting key performance indicators (KPI’s): utilization, attrition, and conversions
• Meet or exceed personal goals as well as studio total goals
• Act as a brand ambassador for community engagement, lead generation, civil networking, and collaboration
