Essential Purpose

Engage and "wow" our members in every class by creating a sense of community with a fun results‑focused group workout where everyone feels successful.

Responsibilities

• Respond to questions and concerns of participants.
• Solicit feedback about the class.
• Maintain dependable and consistent class schedule and timing.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward members, promoting the gym and Group Fitness classes.
• Keep the Group Fitness studio clean and well‑maintained.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain equipment safety and perform building and equipment maintenance.
• Participate in continuing education.

Required Certifications

Pay & Benefits

California Pay Range: $16.50—$75 USD
