Crunch Fitness – Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to deliver high-energy, inclusive classes and guide members on their fitness journey. You’ll know members by name, tailor experiences, and help drive attendance and retention across a thriving club team.

Ideal candidates bring experience teaching diverse formats, hold a national fitness cert, and maintain CPR/AED certification. This role supports a culture of growth and community within a fast-expanding Crunch Fitness

Qualifications

• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels.
• Nationally accredited group fitness certification.
• CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy group fitness classes to members.
• Know members' goals and help them reach them.
• Track class attendance and participate in weekly updates.
• Engage with instructor portal and social media for updates and brand promotions.
• Attend quarterly staff meetings and on-site trainings.

The Instructor will get to know our members and become a part of their journey to ensure that their class experience and fitness expectations are met.
