Job summary

SPENGA is seeking energetic instructors to lead 60-minute sessions blending spin, strength and yoga, delivering a fun, community-focused workout. You’ll teach, motivate, and help members reach their fitness goals in a supportive studio environment.

Instructors complete SPENGA Certification, promote the brand, and engage groups of up to 20, with training and growth opportunities available as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Certification in one or more fitness modalities (Group Fitness, Personal Training, Spin or Yoga).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to SPENGA's philosophy.
• Ability to multi-task and engage a room with confidence.
• Strong motivation, energy and customer service skills.
• Must complete in-house instructor training and pass audition.

Responsibilities

• Complete SPENGA Certification in spin, strength and yoga.
• Teach 60-minute SPENGA classes blending components.
• Create workouts aligned with the SPENGA model.
• Safely engage and motivate groups of up to 20 participants.
• Modify exercises to suit varied fitness levels.
• Retain and increase client participation.
• Set up and reset studio equipment for classes.
• Promote and embody the SPENGA culture in-studio and beyond.

Position Details

We are currently hiring instructors who are energetic, motivational, and passionate about helping members achieve their fitness goals. Instructors will lead 60-minute sessions that blend spin, strength training, and yoga, while also creating a positive, community-driven experience for every member.

Compensation

Instructors are compensated per session, with typical earnings ranging from $35–$45 per class. Exact pay may vary depending on class size, attendance, and other factors. Additional opportunities for growth and increased compensation may be available

Responsibilities

• Complete SPENGA Certification in spin, strength, and yoga
• Teach classes consisting of spin, strength, and yoga components
• Create and lead workouts according to the SPENGA model
• Safely engage and motivate groups of 20 people through a fast-paced workout
• Modify exercises on demand to cater to a range of fitness levels
• Retain and increase client participation
• Set up and reset studio equipment before and after classes
• As SPENGA ambassadors, instructors will promote, sell, and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio

Compensation: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
