Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor who is passionate about guiding members through high-energy, inclusive classes and supporting their fitness journeys.

You’ll deliver motivating workouts, learn member goals, track attendance, participate in weekly emails and quarterly trainings, and help promote the brand across the club.

Formación

• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels required (ie bootcamp based classes, Kickboxing, Zumba, TRX, Sculpt, Yoga, Pilates, Cycle, POUND, and HIIT)
• Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification required (AFAA, ACE, or NASM preferred)
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Ability to provide a high energy class environment

Responsabilidades

• Deliver motivational instruction during the member Class-ic Group Fitness experience
• Helping members achieve their goals on their fitness journey
• Respond with care to any member issues concerning group fitness classes
• Assist with accurately tracking class attendance numbers
• Participate and be engaged with weekly emails, monthly ZOOMs
• Attend the quarterly staff meeting for onsite training and new quarter class roll out
• Be involved with the instructor portal and social media for any updates and brand promotions

The Instructor will get to know our members and become a part of their journey to ensure that their class experience and fitness expectations are met.
