Base Pay Range

$25.00/hr – $40.00/hr

Core Purpose

To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions and concerns of participants.
• Solicit feedback about the class.
• Be dependable and consistent in class start and end times.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward members while promoting the gym and Group Fitness classes.
• Ensure Group Fitness Studio cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain building and equipment safety.
• Engage in continuing education.
