Job summary

TOCA Denver is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead high-energy group classes in your certified format. You will motivate participants with clear instruction, prioritize form and safety, and arrive prepared to teach your assigned sessions.

As part-time staff, you will help deliver engaging experiences and support a culture of fitness and wellness in a dynamic sports facility environment that emphasizes growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • 0–1 years of experience in personal training, small group training, and/or group fitness instruction
  • General knowledge and experience in kinesiology, exercise science, and physical fitness
  • Must hold a current certification for the applicable class format (e.g., Les Mills or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Lead group fitness classes in your certified format with professionalism, energy, and clear instruction
  • Deliver an exceptional experience to participants, focusing on form, safety, and motivation
  • Arrive fully prepared to teach your assigned classes
  • If unable to teach a scheduled class, find a qualified substitute and notify the Group Fitness Manager in advance

Position Overview:
The Group Fitness Instructor at TOCA Denver is responsible for leading high-energy, engaging group fitness classes in their certified specialty. You will serve as a motivator and guide to participants, delivering positive experiences through expert instruction, enthusiasm, and a commitment to health and safety.
