Fit Factory is seeking a passionate Fitness Instructor to lead high-energy group classes across Barre, Yoga, Kickboxing, Pilates, Cycle, Zumba and more. You’ll motivate participants, craft engaging playlists, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities include leading classes for all levels, setting up equipment, offering modifications, promoting gym services, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Certified instructor with CPR/AED certification.
• Experience teaching group fitness.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
