Colorado Psychiatric seeks an experienced coach to lead specialized classes for older adults who enjoy movement and challenge. You will design safe, strength‑focused sessions in a small weight room with modifications for participants who need them.
Requirements include 18+ years old, Senior Fitness or Corrective Exercise certification preferred, CPR/AED and First Aid current or obtainable, and a valid national Group Exercise or Personal Training credential (ACE/NASM/ACSM/NSCA).
We're looking for an experienced and motivating coach to lead specialized classes for older adults who love to move, lift and be challenged. The classes focuses on strength, posture, balance and functional movements in a small weight room. The groups are filled with energetic participants who show up ready to work hard, and don't want to be treated as fragile. Ideal candidates will understand how to program safely for active adults while delivering a challenging, and empowering experience as well as providing modifications for those in need.
