Job summary

CR Fitness is seeking a motivated Group Fitness/HIIT Instructor for our Bee Ridge Club. You will lead energetic group classes across HIIT, kickboxing, Zumba, TRX, and more, while upholding safety and motivating participants of all levels. In-house trainings and certifications are offered as part of growth opportunities.

The role emphasizes delivering engaging sessions, managing class formats, and contributing to a supportive, no-judgments environment that aligns with Crunch Fitness culture.

Qualifications

• Certification in Group Fitness/HIIT preferred (AFAA or ACE)
• CPR certification required
• Experience in HIIT, Kickboxing, Zumba, TRX, Hi/Lo, Sculpt, Yoga or Pilates preferred
• Ability to lead group classes safely and effectively within a pre-arranged format

Responsibilities

• Lead group fitness/HIIT classes in a studio setting
• Educate members on fitness concepts and safe exercise practices
• Ensure safety and proper form during all movements

Crunch, known for its innovative and cutting-edge classes, is currently seeking Group Fitness/HIIT Instructors! There is a need for instructors who have experience in all the following genres - HIIT based classes, Kickboxing, Zumba, TRX, Hi/Lo, Sculpt, Yoga, and Pilates.

The Group Fitness Instructor will lead members, in a group environment, through a pre-arranged format of exercises designed to enhance overall fitness, strength, and endurance, while ensuring that the safety of the members is not compromised. The Group Exercise Instructor will also serve as a resource to educate members on various aspects of fitness.
