Best Fitness is opening a cutting-edge facility in Woburn, MA and seeks a Group X Coordinator to drive fitness programming. You will lead multiple classes weekly, coordinate schedules, and support instructors while promoting studio initiatives to boost member participation.

Ideal candidates have a year of teaching experience and are willing to obtain additional certifications. A passion for fitness and strong interpersonal skills are essential in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience.
• Willingness to obtain certifications in Les Mills, Spinning, Zumba, and other areas.
• Current CPR/AED certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a minimum of 5 classes per week across various fitness studios.
• Coordinate class schedules to ensure optimal coverage and variety.
• Manage and support the instructor team, providing guidance as needed.
• Promote studio programs and initiatives to enhance member participation.
• Build strong relationships with members to support their fitness objectives.
• Ensure a safe workout environment by demonstrating proper equipment usage.
