Qualifications

• Hold and maintain current AED/CPR certification.
• Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts.
• Helping members set and achieve goals.
• Constantly monitor members for correct form during the workout.
• Understanding and deliver the science behind Heart Rate based workouts.
• Demonstrating every piece of equipment utilized during the workout.
• Work with front desk Sales team to build membership base.
