Planet Fitness in Paducah, KY is seeking a Fitness Trainer to run the PE@PF program, design simple workouts, and coach members on safe equipment use. You will also help with front desk duties and member tours. This role emphasizes fitness enthusiasm, reliability, and excellent service.

The position requires CPR and a nationally certified training certificate, with a four-day, 16-hour weekly schedule and opportunities for advancement within a supportive gym environment.

• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program and create the schedule.
• Consult with members on fitness goals and teach proper equipment use.
• Prepare bi-weekly exercise updates with varied routines.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and traffic.
• Assist front desk activities: answer phones, check-ins, new member sign-ups, tours.
• Address member questions promptly and elevate to management when needed.
• Work four days a week with an approximate 16-hour schedule.
