Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is hiring a Trainer to lead the PE@PF program and guide new members toward their fitness goals. You will design simple workouts and teach proper equipment use.

The role includes front desk support, member sign-ups, tours, and ensuring a clean, welcoming club environment. A fitness trainer certification is required and opportunities for advancement exist.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and run the PE@PF program, creating and following the schedule.
• Consult with members on fitness goals and proper equipment use.
• Create engaging ways to promote PE@PF class sign-ups.
• Prepare bi-weekly exercise updates.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and traffic.
• Front desk duties: answer phones, assist callers, check-in members, sign-ups, and tours.
• Respond to member questions; escalate to Team Lead/Club Manager as needed.
• Maintain club cleanliness and appearance.
