Planet Fitness is seeking a Full-Time Trainer to lead the PE@PF group fitness program and guide members toward achievable goals. You will design simple workouts and teach proper equipment use to help members thrive in a friendly Judgement Free Zone.

This role includes front desk support and maintaining club cleanliness. The position emphasizes excellent customer service, reliability, and strong communication.

• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member’s expectations.

• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
• Completed fitness trainer certification.

Responsabilités

• Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, including creating and following the schedule.
• Consult with members regarding their fitness goals and instruct them on how to use the equipment properly and safely.
• Creating creative and unique ways to promote PE@PF class sign-ups.
• Create bi-weekly updates consisting of a variety of exercises.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic.
• Assist in front desk related activities including: answers and tours, member sign-in, and info updates.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Team Lead, MIT or Club Manager as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Assist in cleanliness and appearance of club.
