Job summary

Planet Fitness Baseline Fitness is seeking a dedicated PE@PF program assistant to help members reach their fitness goals by guiding them through simple workouts and proper equipment use. You will design and run the PE@PF schedule, greet members, and support front desk tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and run the PE@PF program and create the schedule.
• Consult with members on fitness goals and proper equipment use.
• Create bi-weekly updates with varied exercises.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and traffic.
• Assist front desk tasks: answer phones, check-in, sign-ups, tours.
• Update member accounts as needed.
• Address questions promptly and escalate when needed.
• Maintain club cleanliness and appearance.
