Orangetheory Fitness seeks a dedicated Fitness Coach to lead our science-backed, coach-inspired workouts in a full-time studio setting. You will guide members through sessions, demonstrate proper form, and help them reach personal goals using heart-rate monitored training.

You will engage with members, maintain a clean space, and promote retention through excellent service and product knowledge. Certification and CPR/AED ready is required, with a passion for helping others achieve fitness

Formación

• National fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA or NCCA equivalent) or ability to obtain one.
• AED/CPR certification required.
• We’re looking for individuals who can connect with and motivate others.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate members through coach-inspired, science-backed workouts.
• Help members set and achieve fitness goals.
• Ensure correct form and provide corrections when needed.
• Understand heart-rate focused training and stay aware of competitors’ approaches.
• Demonstrate proper use of all equipment in workouts.
• Maintain a clean, organized fitness space for members and staff.
• Engage with memberships and build meaningful relationships.

Conocimientos

National fitness certification
