Job summary

Discovery Mood & Anxiety in Tampa is seeking a Group Facilitator to deliver therapeutic group sessions on-site. You will document sessions in our EMR and ensure regulatory and licensing compliance while maintaining required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Clinical Director and/or Program Director to develop comprehensive program of therapy, evaluation and treatment.
• Delivering appropriate topics to scheduled groups.
• Complete all group notes immediately after leading each group.
• Document all services provided in clients' medical records.
• Maintain knowledge of policy, DMHAS and Joint Commission standards; ensure compliant charting.
