Qualifications

• Knowledge of Motivational Interviewing (MI) techniques.
• Knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques.
• Familiarity with 12 Steps of AA/NA recommended.
• Able to communicate well with staff and clients.
• Proficient in reading and writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate therapeutic and educational groups.
• Write individualized, client-centered group notes daily.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by the Program Manager.
