Job summary

The Club at Quail Ridge in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking an energetic and certified Group Exercise Instructor to join our fitness team for the upcoming season. This part-time, independent contractor role pays $60 per class.

We are looking for a Zumba Instructor on Fridays at 10:00 AM and a Body Sculpt/Chair Strength class on either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, with opportunities to substitute additional classes.

Qualifications

• Current Group Exercise Certification (ACE, AFAA, NASM, or equivalent).
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Must carry personal liability insurance.
• Previous experience teaching Zumba and/or Aqua Fitness strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, engaging, and motivating group exercise classes for our members.
• Provide proper modifications and guidance for participants of all fitness levels.
• Arrive prepared and on time, maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
• Help foster a welcoming, supportive environment that aligns with the Club's service standards.

The Club at Quail Ridge, a private country club community in Boynton Beach, is seeking an energetic and certified Group Exercise Instructor to join our Fitness Team for the upcoming season.

We are currently looking for:

• Zumba Instructor: Fridays at 10:00 AM
• Body Sculpt and Chair Strength class on either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday

This is a part-time, contractor position with the opportunity to substitute additional classes as needed throughout the season.
