The Powhatan Family YMCA is seeking part-time group exercise instructors to lead Body Pump and Body Combat classes at our facility. This role offers flexible scheduling with evenings and some weekend shifts and payment ranges per hour.

Candidates must hold a current nationally recognized group exercise certification along with CPR, AED and First Aid certifications to ensure member safety and high-quality instruction.

The Powhatan Family YMCA is currently seeking part time enthusiastic, group exercise instructors to teach our Body Pump/Body Combat classes! Group Exercise Instructor pay range is $20-$23 per hour and Advance Group Exercise Instructor pay range is $27-$31 per hour.

DUTIES of a Group Exercise Instructor

Group exercise instructors should be able to work flexible hours to meet members' needs, including evenings and some weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS of a Group Exercise Instructor

Group exercise instructors must hold a current, nationally recognized group exercise certification (documentation required) along with current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications.
