Job summary

The Goochland Family YMCA is seeking part-time enthusiastic group exercise instructors to teach a variety of classes, including cycle and yoga. Instructors should be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and some weekends.

Requirements include a current nationally recognized group exercise certification and CPR, AED and First Aid certifications. The YMCA of Greater Richmond supports professional development and a welcoming work environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, nationally recognized group exercise certification (documentation required).
• CPR, AED and First Aid certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Teach cycle, yoga and general group exercise classes.
• Maintain flexible hours including evenings and some weekends.

Job description

The Goochland Family YMCA is currently seeking part time enthusiastic, group exercise instructors to teach a variety of group exercise classes! Looking for instructors to teach cycle, yoga as well as general group exercise classes. Group Exercise Instructor pay range is $20-$22 per hour and Advance Group Exercise Instructor pay range is $27-$30 per hour.

DUTIES of a Group Exercise Instructor

Group exercise instructors should be able to work flexible hours to meet members' needs, including evenings and some weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS Of a Group Exercise Instructor

Group exercise instructors must hold a current, nationally recognized group exercise certification (documentation required) along with current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications.
