Job summary

ACAC - Atlantic Coast Athletic Clubs seeks certified Group Exercise Instructors to energize and inspire members across HIIT, cycle, dance, barre, Pilates or yoga formats. You will motivate, connect with participants, and maintain a high-energy studio environment with impeccable professionalism.

Responsibilities include welcoming members, leading engaging, safe classes, and supporting events while upholding Five-Star service standards and club culture.

Qualifications

• Current and active group fitness certification (AFAA, ACE, Les Mills, Zumba, AEA or equivalent).
• Proven experience teaching group exercise in a luxury or professional fitness environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills — you know how to connect and motivate.
• The ability to demonstrate and perform exercises safely.
• Availability to teach a variety of formats, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum age: 18 years old.

Company Expectations

• Read, sign, and abide by the policies included in the Team Member Handbook
• Park in team member designated areas
• Club cleanliness is an all-team responsibility; assist whenever necessary in any area of the club to keep club neat and clean
• Attend mandatory Group Exercise team meetings
• Assist with Service Days, as assigned by Supervisor
• Assist with club programs, special events, or activities, as assigned by Supervisor
• Promptly respond to work-related correspondence
• Exhibit a positive attitude at all times
• Deliver outstanding service to members and guests, following acacs Five*Star principles
